Emergency Replacement Queen

Did you just find out that your hive is in desperate need of a queen because it has no eggs, little or no brood and you are worried that it could develop a laying worker any day? Then an Emergency Replacement Queen may be just what you need! With every queen order that we receive, we order a limited number of extra queens to have on hand to provide emergency replacements for queens that are non-laying, are dead on arrival, or for customers that find themselves in need of a queen sooner than our next available ship date in order to have a chance at saving their hive. While we will do our best to accommodate breed preferences, daily inventory fluctuates. Therefore, with this specific queen option we do not guarantee that you will receive a specific breed, nor do we guarantee that you will receive any of your three preferences, only that you will receive a healthy, mated queen.

Emergency Replacement Queen Shipping Information:

All emergency queen orders will be fulfilled and shipped in the order in which they are received within 24-48 hours Monday through Thursday via UPS Next Day Air. Depending on which location (CA, KY, or FL) has available queens on hand, orders placed & processed before 12pm Pacific time could potentially be shipped that same day (not guaranteed). We strive to fulfill every order promptly. Should we run out of on-hand queens before your order is processed, we will reach out to you via email right away to share alternative options or an ETA for when we will have more queens on hand. Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our rapid processing and shipping times. Cancellations are only permitted if we are out of stock and cannot ship your queen within 24–48 hours. We do our best to ensure this queen option is only available for purchase when we have queens physically on hand and ready to ship. Please be aware that during periods of high order volume, it is possible for the listing to remain active briefly after our current supply has sold out.
